While simply looking at our website, or even filling out the contact form or calling the firm does not create any type of attorney-client relationship or obligate you in any way to become a client, nor does it invoke any attorney-client privilege or legally guarantee confidentiality, unlike most companies, our policy is extremely simple:

WE DO NOT COLLECT, SELL, SHARE, OR OTHERWISE DISSEMINATE YOUR INFORMATION TO ANYONE, FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, NOR DO WE STORE ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED TO US ON THIS WEBSITE IN ANY LOCATION OTHER THAN OUR PHYSICAL OFFICE, AND ONLY IF YOU ULTIMATELY DO HIRE US TO BE YOUR ATTORNEYS, AFTER A FULL AND COMPLETE CONSULTATION WITH APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS EXECUTED TO RETAIN OUR SERVICES.

Literally, the only time your information would be provided to anyone else would be if the cops show up with a valid warrant or a Court orders us to disclose it.

Even though you are not yet a client, we treat all information obtained as confidential, and you never need to worry about it being provided to anyone else without your express permission unless it's required by law.
